By accessing or using our website and services, including any music promotion campaigns (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

 

2. Description of Services

 

We provide music promotion and submission services to radio stations and other media outlets worldwide. The Services may include campaign design, press releases, distribution, and promotion.

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.

 

4. User Responsibilities and Warranties

 

By submitting music or any content (including photos, videos, artwork, text, or logos) to us (“Your Content”), you represent and warrant that:

 

Ownership: You are the sole creator and owner of Your Content, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions from third parties to allow us to use Your Content as described in these Terms.

 

No Infringement: Your Content does not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity.

 

No AI Content: You are not submitting music or content that was generated, composed, or created in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI) tools or models.

 

Lawful Content: Your Content is not defamatory, libelous, derogatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content or your breach of these warranties.

 

5. Promotion Terms and Limitations

 

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, radio spins, placements, airplay, or exposure.

 

We cannot guarantee that any radio station will review, play, or feature your music.

 

We will send submissions to the number of radio stations specified in your campaign, but we have no control over whether or how those stations respond.

 

All promotional outcomes depend solely on the discretion of each radio station or media outlet.

 

6. Campaign Discretion and Refusal

 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or reject any music or campaign. We may refuse to promote content that we determine is not suitable, does not meet our standards, or is inconsistent with the requirements of the stations we work with.

 

7. Intellectual Property and License

 

By providing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to copy, edit, upload, publish, distribute, broadcast, publicly perform, and otherwise use Your Content for the purpose of fulfilling your campaign. You also authorize us to allow third parties (e.g., radio stations) to do the same.

 

You confirm that any third party who holds rights in Your Content has permitted you to grant this authorization on their behalf.

 

8. Our Intellectual Property

 

Any text, graphics, designs, or press releases we create for your campaign are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, or reuse them without our explicit written consent. We retain full creative discretion over the design and wording of all campaign materials we produce.

 

9. Payments and Refunds

 

All payments for Services are final and non-refundable once a campaign has started, even if you later request termination.

 

10. Use of Your Name and Content for Our Promotion

 

You grant us permission to use your artist name, release title, photos, music, and related content we prepared or promoted on your behalf, to promote our own Services (e.g., on our website, advertising, or social media).

 

11. Privacy

 

We may collect, store, share, and use your personal data for the purpose of providing and managing your campaign. Please see our Privacy Policy below for details.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.

 

13. Governing Law
